These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.secureevas.com and every page on it (the "Website"), operated by SecureEVAs (Securevas LLC) ("SecureEVAs," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the Website only. Our Executive Virtual Assistant services are provided under a separate written agreement with each Client, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or any connected system
• Interfere with the Website's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it
• Submit information that is false or misleading, or that belongs to someone else without their permission
• Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our written permission

When you contact us through a form on the Website, book a call or email us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and you agree that we may use it to respond to your request. How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Giving us a phone number does not by itself sign you up for text messages. We text you only if you opt in as described in the SMS Terms below.

• Program: SecureEVAs (Securevas LLC) texts about your request, scheduled calls, service updates and customer support.
• You opt in by checking the SMS box on our contact form, or by texting us first.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact connect@secureevas.com or (866) 208-6996.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will get one confirmation and no more messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images and the SecureEVAs name and marks, are owned by or licensed to SecureEVAs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Website may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, such as our scheduling calendar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Website and its content are provided for general information on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing on the Website is legal, insurance, compliance or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureEVAs and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from or related to your use of the Website. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureEVAs from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Securevas LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
